Exchange Policy

All purchases made through Party Pallete’s online store are eligible for exchange via courier only. We currently do not operate any physical outlet, and in-person exchanges are not available.

You may request an exchange only if the item received is defective, damaged, or incorrect. Customized and personalized items (e.g., printed balloons or custom decor) cannot be exchanged unless they are delivered with a defect or error.

Conditions for Exchange:

  • The customer must submit an exchange request via email, WhatsApp, phone call, or SMS within 3 working days of receiving the parcel.
  • The request must clearly mention the reason for exchange and include clear images of the issue.
  • The product must be unused, in original packaging, with tags and invoice included.
  • The item must not have any stains, odors, perfume, or signs of wear or damage.
  • Products bought on sale or discount are non-exchangeable.
  • If a product purchased at full price goes on sale later, it will be exchanged at the sale price.
  • Party Pallete reserves the right to accept or deny any exchange request at its sole discretion.

Once your exchange request is approved, our customer support will provide instructions for return via courier.

Note: This policy is valid only for orders within Pakistan.


No Refund Policy

Party Pallete follows a strict “No Refund” policy.
We do not offer cashback or refunds once an order is placed. Only exchanges are considered, as per the policy mentioned above.


Damage & Claims

If you receive a damaged, defective, or wrong item, you must:

  • Report the issue within 2 working days of receiving the parcel.
  • Contact us through WhatsApp, email, or phone, and include your order number and photos of the damaged or incorrect item.
  • Include a copy/photo of the original invoice.

Please allow up to 7 working days for the resolution of damage claims.

Items damaged due to misuse, mishandling, or after usage will not be eligible for exchange.


International Orders

Currently, Party Pallete does not offer exchanges or returns for international orders.

However, in the event of a damaged or incorrect item, international customers may contact our support team for:

  • A credit note,
  • A partial refund, or
  • A discount on future purchases.

To ensure a smooth resolution, we strongly recommend taking pictures of the package before and after opening.

Discrepancies must be reported within 7 days of delivery. Complaints after this period will not be entertained.

If a customer refuses to accept the parcel at the time of delivery, Party Pallete holds no obligation to refund or compensate.

We reserve the right to investigate and reject claims that appear to be invalid or fraudulent.
