My Account

Do I need an account to shop?
No, you can shop as a guest. But creating an account makes checkout faster and helps you track your orders easily.

How do I create an account?
Click on "Create an Account" from our homepage and fill in your basic details. That’s it!

How do I change my shipping address?
Log in to your account, go to "My Account" and update your address. If your order is already placed, contact us immediately to request a change (before it ships).

I forgot my password. What should I do?
Click "Forgot Password" on the login page. Enter your email and follow the instructions to reset.


Orders

How do I place an order?

  • Browse our products and click "Add to Cart"
  • Proceed to checkout and choose your payment method
  • You’ll receive a confirmation via email/SMS
  • Our team will call or message you to verify before shipping

When will my order arrive?

  • Within Pakistan: 3–5 working days
  • International: 7–10 working days
    You’ll get a tracking ID once shipped.

Can I cancel my order?
Yes, but only before it’s confirmed/shipped. After that, our [Exchange Policy] applies.

Can I order via WhatsApp or phone?
Yes! Message us on WhatsApp at +92-315-1110333 with product details and your delivery info.

Didn’t receive order confirmation?
If you don’t get a sales invoice via email or SMS within an hour, the order likely wasn’t placed successfully. Contact us.

Order ID vs. Tracking ID?

  • Order ID: Assigned when you place the order
  • Tracking ID: Issued when your parcel ships — used to track delivery

What if I miss my delivery?
The courier will try twice. If both attempts fail, the order will be cancelled automatically.

Can I add items to an existing order?
Unfortunately, no. You’ll need to place a new order. Contact us if your first order hasn’t shipped yet.

Is an item reserved when it’s in my cart?
No — an item is only yours once payment is made and the order is confirmed.

‘Add to Wishlist’ vs. ‘Add to Cart’?

  • Wishlist = save for later
  • Cart = ready to buy

Which payment methods do you offer?

  • Cash on Delivery (Pakistan only)
  • Online Payment (secure gateway)

What if my payment fails?

What is Cash on Delivery (COD)?
You pay in cash when the parcel is delivered to your doorstep. COD is only available within Pakistan.

Is COD available internationally?
No. For international orders, only online payment is accepted.

How are international shipping charges calculated?
