Delivery Within Pakistan

  • All domestic orders are delivered through reliable courier services such as TCS, Leopards Courier, Call Courier, and others.
  • Once your order is dispatched, a tracking ID will be shared via SMS or email to help you track your parcel.
  • After placing an order, you may receive a verification call or SMS from our customer support team.
    • If you are unreachable or do not confirm the order within 3 days, your Cash on Delivery (COD) order may be cancelled automatically.
  • Once confirmed, orders are processed and dispatched within 1–2 working days.
  • Standard delivery timeline is 3–5 working days (excluding Sundays and public holidays).

Free Shipping:
We offer free delivery on all orders above Rs. 4,999 within Pakistan.

International Orders

  • All international orders are shipped via trusted courier services and include a tracking ID shared upon dispatch.
  • A digital invoice and shipment notification will be sent to the customer's registered email.
  • Customs Duties & Charges:
    International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or clearance fees applicable in their respective countries. These charges are not included in the order total and vary by location.
  • Party Pallete has no control over international customs processes and is not responsible for delays due to customs clearance or local regulations.
